Will you be hosting a Super Bowl party, or any fun party that might include watching a football game? Want to make the table festive and pretty but not spend a lot of money? If you answered yes, then this EASY FOOTBALL PARTY DIY CENTERPIECE is just what you need. It’s so simple, you will say to yourself “why in the world did I not think of this?”
Step 1:
Start with an old football or buy an inexpensive one. Trust me on this the cheaper the better. I bought this one, and it was perfect. https://www.walmart.com/ip/Franklin-Sports-Junior-Size-Rubber-Football-Brown/106563790?selected=true
Step 2:
Using a good pair of scissors cut the top of the football off. The cheaper ones are way easier to cut than the expensive brands.
Step 3:
Once the air is out, you can press it down and it should stand on its own. Then just add a vase or a jar in the opening.
Step 5:
Add water and arrange flowers! Voila! That’s it!
To add another inexpensive to touch to your table, simply just draw a football stitch on some brown takeout boxes or brown paper bags with a white paint pen. These turf sample squares also make a pretty cute coaster! I ordered mine here, but you can probable pick some up at your local hardware store. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B082ZX5VRP/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Happy football watching, hoping this helps you make your day a little more festive!
